What is and isn't permitted

Attribution
Any use of an image granted through a written licence agreement must include a clear, visible credit in the following format:

Placement
The credit must appear adjacent to the image — in a caption, alongside the image, or immediately below it. Credits buried in footers, about pages, or general credits sections are not considered sufficient attribution.
Digital use
Where technically possible, the credit should include a hyperlink to pauloneilphotography.com. The copyright symbol (©) must not be removed or obscured.
Enforcement
Unauthorised use of any image constitutes copyright infringement and may result in legal action, including claims for damages. Paul O'Neil actively monitors the use of his images online and reserves all rights to pursue infringement.
